Ion Frantuz

Ion joined Brunel Racing in April 2018. His final year dissertation was analysing batteries and he became fascinated by the idea of developing a battery for the first Brunel racing electric car.

This year it will be a big change for him as he will be doing more practical work rather than theory and will be applying all the knowledge he gained during BEng study. Ion has experience using battery analysing equipment and he wants to apply it when building the battery for the car.

After graduation, Ion wants to work in the automotive industry developing new electric cars. Brunel Racing will help him obtain the necessary knowledge and experience that will serve as the ground base skills for the automotive industry.
